Raymond E. Laramore-Biographical Sketch

Raymond Laramore was born in Belgrade, Missouri.

He married the former Donna Sue Sparks of DeSoto, Missouri, on March 25, 1967. They have three children, seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

After graduation from Valley High School in Caledonia, Missouri, Raymond entered the United States Army. During his service time he served time in Vietman.

He was saved in 1966, in DeSoto, Missouri, called to preach in 1970, graduated from Southwest Baptist and received his Master's Degree from Southwestern Seminary.

He served as pastor of churches in Missouri, Texas and Arkansas for 32 years before serving as Director of Missions for Texas County Baptist Association from 2002-2009.

He has a strong committment to cooperative ministry and is dedicated to assisting churches to work together to equip the saints for the work of ministry.
