Check availability and reserve each trailer needed for your event.

Important: Read the Setup Sheet Before Use

The setup sheet is located on the clipboard hanging in the rear of the trailer. Read and follow this sheet before beginning setup or using the trailer.

It provides essential instructions for positioning and supporting the trailer, securing the serving windows, installing exterior shelves, connecting power, and completing cleanup and shutdown. Everyone helping with setup and takedown should follow these directions to protect volunteers and prevent damage.

Cleanup & Return

Clean the trailer and all used utensils and beverage dispensers thoroughly. Return supplies to their labeled locations, follow the clipboard instructions for shutdown and securing the trailer, and notify the associational office of any damage, missing items, or supplies needing replenishment.

Thank you for caring for this shared ministry resource and helping keep it ready to serve our churches and communities!
